If you are looking to gain control over your relationship with food and interested in how food is affecting your body based on your lifestyle, I am here to help. With 1:1 coaching, I create a whole-body-wellness plan specifically for your body type and lifestyle. I believe that everyone has a different body and there is not a one size fit all scenario with the human body. If this is something that you are interested in, please feel free to book a class.
1:1 Pilates classes
Train with me 1:1 on the Pilates Reformer and some mat work. In this class we will work on strengthening the core, keeping your posture in tact, breath work through the exercises, flexibility, mobility, and overall toning of the body.
Also, for my mothers-to-be, I offer prenatal and postpartum Pilates as well.

Hello everyone,
Thank you for finding interest in this Pilates and Whole-Body-Wellness program. My love for the health of the human body is my passion and I like to take an untraditional approach in thriving and healing. I’ve been into health and fitness since I was in the 8th grade. I am much older now of course and throughout life, I have done Body Building Competitions, Track & Field, Volley Ball, Basketball, Ballet and Jazz Dancing. When these activities began to cause ailments on my body as I got older, I began looking for an alternative that could help me stay strong and healthy at the same time without beating my body up. So I found Pilates and we fell in love.
I wanted to know more about the human body and how foods effected the body a little more in detail, so I went to school to be a Certified Natural Health Professional.
I am a mother of two strong boys. Throughout my last pregnancy I took a lot of Pilates classes to help me remain strong, especially the use of my small muscle groups and ligaments. These muscles becoming weaker as you age and even more fragile when you are expecting. My love for Pilates became stronger during pregnancy and I just knew I wanted to share with my new mommies, seasoned mommies, mommies to be, and everyone who has the desire to become healthier and stronger with the mind, body, and spirit.
So, now I use my knowledge of Natural Health and combine it with Pilates to create and promote whole-body-wellness.
